Donations to beyondblue are allocated to the beyondblue Research Ancillary Trust Fund. Receipts are issued for donations over $2 and are tax deductible.
100% of donations to the beyondblue Research Ancillary Trust Fund are allocated to research - there are no administration fees.
Donations from individuals and organisations help beyondblue to undertake or commission high quality independent research into depression and anxiety and related disorders. The research contributes to improving treatments, knowledge and clinical practice. It informs all of beyondblue's evidence-based programs, campaigns and activities.
beyondblue research always involves people who have experienced depression and or anxiety. beyondblue does not accept funding from pharmaceutical, gambling or tobacco companies.
Funds are strategically allocated by the beyondblue Board to research projects based on research and evidence gaps about depression and anxiety. Donations are used to conduct research to benefit people of all ages across Australia.
All completed research conducted by beyondblue is made freely available on the beyondblue website www.beyondblue.org.au under Research.
Donations to beyondblue can be made in three ways
