Raising awareness about depression and anxiety can be really positive. There are numerous ways you can raise awareness:

  • order Beyond Blue’s free information resources to display in your workplace, school or university
  • organise an event or activity, such as a morning tea, lunchtime yoga class, walk or bike ride to promote good mental health and wellbeing
  • have a blue-themed bake-off or a day where people wear blue to work or school
  • complete and share Beyond Blue’s free online resources that provide practical strategies to support and promote good mental health in the workplace
  • organise a community event and request a Beyond Blue speaker – visit

Support our work through a donation or fundraising

In addition to raising awareness, financial support will help Beyond Blue to achieve its vision of an Australian community that recognises depression and anxiety and takes action. You can make a personal donation to support our work, or raise funds through an activity. For workplaces, workplace giving and corporate support and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
