Spring Cycle Challenge 2022 – 16 October

Join Team Beyond Blue and help improve the lives of millions of Australians affected by anxiety, depression and suicide.

Join over 8,000 people of all ages and abilities for this years Spring Cycle! This iconic event is still the only ride that goes over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, along the Cahill Expressway and through the CBD on closed car free roads.

Riders can take part in the 10km City Ride and 50km Classic Ride and experience Sydney like never before.

In 2022 the new look event will include the introduction of adaptive cycling. Spring Cycle will be accessible to all by bike, including children and adults living with a disability. Again, breaking boundaries, Spring Cycle will be the first recreational bike ride with a disability wave, giving everyone access to cycling, and pedalling the iconic event in the heart of Sydney.     What will my funds be used for?

    All funds raised will ensure that every phone call, webchat and email to our 24/7 Support Service is answered by a mental health professional to anyone in need of immediate counselling. As there continues to be a greater demand than before the pandemic, your support will not only enable us to continue our Support Service, but also help to raise the awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health conditions.

    What can we offer in return?

    • All fundraisers that raise over $50 can email us to receive a Beyond Blue training singlet
    • A dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to help you with your fundraising efforts.
