Sun-Herald City2Surf Sydney 2022 – 14 August

The World's Largest Fun Run - The Sun-Herald City2Surf - will be back in Sydney on Sunday 14 August 2022. Bringing 80,000+ people together from all walks of life to run, jog, walk or stroll the iconic 14km course from Sydney CBD to Bondi Beach. City2Surf is that special event all about hitting the streets and having fun with your family, friends and thousands of others while also raising an incredible amount of money for charity. Everyone is welcome to participate in The Sun-Herald City2Surf, with walkers, non-elite wheelchair athletes participating with prams registering in the last start group.
Since 2008, when the fundraising tally was first recorded, over $48 million has been raised for charities in need. A city giving back has become the beating heart of this event. Did you know you could sign up to be our Beyond Blue Charity Superstar while running in the Sun-Herald City2Surf? As our Charity Superstar you will receive special support from us to help us create a sea of blue to showcase your support for mental health and increase awareness. Some of the special resources include:

- Personalised Charity Superstar bib with your name printed on the front rather than your number

What will my funds be used for?
All funds raised will ensure that every phone call, webchat and email to our 24/7 Support Service is answered by a mental health professional to anyone in need of immediate counselling. As there continues to be a greater demand than before the pandemic, your support will not only enable us to continue our Support Service, but also help to raise the awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health conditions.
What can we offer in return?
- All fundraisers that raise over $50 can email us to receive a Beyond Blue running singlet
- A dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to help you with your fundraising efforts.
