Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA) have recently completed their draft Lived Experience Strategy, which will guide the way lived experiences of suicide are valued and respected in Australian suicide prevention activities. The draft strategy is now open for public feedback and, in support of SPA, we are inviting you to provide your perspectives.
The draft Lived Experience Strategy has been informed by representatives of national organisations who work directly with those touched by suicide along with members of SPA’s Lived Experience Committee. It aims to provide a framework to ensure that people with lived experience of suicide have a voice when developing policy, strategy, services and programs as well as research and evaluation. The core of this goal for SPA is to enrich the understanding of suicide and its prevention.
Thanks for your interest in providing your perspectives on Suicide Prevention Australia's draft Lived Experience Strategy. Beyond Blue's feedback survey is now closed.
