Beyond Blue is currently developing a new information resource; Staying Well, a guide to recovering from anxiety and depression and we would love to hear what you think of the draft booklet.
The booklet is designed for people who have or are at risk of developing anxiety or depression and has been written to provide readers with tips and strategies to encourage healthy behaviours around nutrition, sleep, stress and exercise.
It aims to provide useful tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to assist recovery and reduce the risk of relapse as well as helping to identify possible triggers that may negatively affect mental and physical health.
