We know that keeping well is an important part of preventing, managing, or recovering from mental health issues and blueVoices members have told us that information about how to stay well is important to you.
As a result, Beyond Blue is creating brand new content for our website focusing on wellbeing and the practical things that people can do to help stay well.
We would like blueVoices members to be part of this development and let us know what kind of information is important to you, as well as what actions you take to keep well. By sharing your perspectives you will help us ensure that the content covers the topics that you find meaningful and is relevant and useful for people who have an experience of mental health issues, as well as the broader community.
Our mental wellbeing can change from moment to moment, day to day or year to year and there are a number of actions people take to stay mentally well. These range from reducing stress, to keeping active, to sleeping well.
