Beyond Blue is urgently seeking your input to guide content we’re creating regarding mental health and the easing of the coronavirus restrictions.
The easing of the of the coronavirus restrictions may bring feelings of hope and relief, or for some, feelings of unease and concern. Perhaps there are new things you’ve learnt during this time, or fresh hopes you have for what the future holds as a result of the past few months. You might have feelings around returning to work (as an employer or an employee), or feel unsettled by the idea of more people being out and about. Maybe you’ve enjoyed being at home and don’t feel ready to begin the resumption of a more ‘normal’ life. No matter how the events of this time are affecting you, we’d like to hear your thoughts.
