We're updating the recorded messages people hear when they call the Beyond Blue Support Service and we want your feedback! We want to understand whether the new recordings are clear and easy to follow.

We received nine responses to the activity. All responses were sent to the Support Services team to guide their updates to the messages people hear when they call the Beyond Blue Support Service.
All feedback was taken into consideration and the main changes that were made based on the feedback we received from the community include:
- A reduction in the overall length of the messages.
- An increase in the warmth of the messages.
