Who can enquire?
NewAccess might be right for you if you:
- are 12 years or older (for services provided by One Door Mental Health)
- are 16 years or older (for services provided by Community Links Wellbeing)
- live in South Western Sydney
- aren’t currently seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist.
If you're in crisis, NewAccess may not be right for you. We encourage you to talk to your GP or seek immediate support by visiting our Urgent Help page.

How do I enquire?
The NewAccess program is delivered in South Western Sydney via face-to-face, phone or video call sessions. Depending on your postcode this will be delivered by either One Door Mental Health or Community Links Wellbeing. To enquire about NewAccess you can:
- submit an online enquiry
- call One Door Mental Health on 02 9199 6143 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm AEST from Monday to Friday
or - call Community Links Wellbeing on 0455 104 104.
Community Links Wellbeing is open:
9:00 am to 6:00 pm AEST from Monday to Thursday
9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST on Friday.
What will happen after I submit an online enquiry?
Within around 2 business days you’ll get a phone call from either One Door Mental Health or Community Links Wellbeing (depending on your postcode).
The caller will answer any questions you have about NewAccess. Calls usually last around 10 minutes.
If you decide NewAccess is right for you, the caller will book you in for your first session.
If it’s not right for you, the caller will help you find more support, such as talking to your GP.
