NEWACCESS SERVICE DURING THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
Beyond Blue understands the worry and distress many people may be experiencing due to the coronavirus pandemic. It is also affecting the way many health services and supports operate, and you may be concerned how we’ll continue to provide NewAccess during this time.
The good news is that NewAccess is perfect for supporting people while following safe physical-distancing advice. Our providers will continue to offer coaching via video or audio call during the coronavirus pandemic and we hope there’ll be as little impact as possible on our services.
Please be sure to check with your provider directly to find out what options are available. As usual you don’t need a doctor’s referral to access this service and you can make an appointment and talk to your Coach from the comfort of your home
