Work or life pressures causing you stress? NewAccess workplaces can help.
Each day many of us are tackling challenges in our work and personal life, contributing to feelings such as unhappiness, stress or worry. If this sounds familiar, NewAccess workplaces might be right for you.
NewAccess workplaces is a free and confidential service that consists of six mental health coaching sessions, and two follow-up sessions at one month and six months, with a specially trained Coach.
At the first appointment, the Coach will complete an initial
assessment with you and develop a program tailored to your needs.
- The Coach will help you set practical goals and give you the skills to manage work and life pressures so that you can get back to feeling good again.
- The Coaches are also well-connected in the community and can link you with relevant support groups to address employment, financial, education, housing and/or other concerns.
You can gain easy and rapid access wherever you are, as delivery is via telephone and videoconferencing. You can also self-refer as no GP referral or mental health treatment plan is required.
