    Hello Mr Croix..

Im just calling in to wish you well over the next couple of weeks...as well as all the other weeks..Take good care of you and be kind and gentle to you...your a very important person to me...and others...

It would have been nice if I could have teleported your fire to mine last night..and tonight..it’s minus 4...and I thought how nice it would be to sit in front of your fire...You have given me a peaceful scenario of you sitting in front of the fire with a good book and enjoying it with sumo cat...I have my own comfy favourite chair and my dogs would love sitting in front of it as well.....umm...just your fire 🔥 I’m needing...if that’s okay..☺️..

Keep warm and well wishes..dear Mr Croix..

Love and Hugs dear friend.💜.🤗🤗..oh and a big bunch of flowers 💐...because I like flowers..

Dear Grandy (with a nod to DB in case she is looking over your shoulder)~

Thank you for that, it is nothing onerous, just matters that have all my attention. As one gets older the things one can do in a day seem to get fewer.

You too have my good wishes, as always, and 'm sorry you do not have a fire like mine. It's warmth permeates the house in a way no electronic heating device can, and provides a comforting glow as well.

There is a storm outside and that just make it seem better.

Yes, I have special chair, Sumo Cat has a special furry blanket that he kneads with his two front paws before settling down.

There is an old-fashioned clock on the wall and the tick is soothing. It is however a dog-free zone, otherwise Sumo would disappear.

Yes it is a pity you do not have a similar fire, -4 is on the chilly side. I have to warm up the car of a morning noways, no burst pipes as yet:)

I can't see any flowers on my keyboard, however I have the feeling gloves might come in handy (ouch!)🧤

    Dear Birdy~

Thank you for the white flag, I guess there are many times one gives away something then finds out just about straight away one needs it - I hope you are not putting yourself in that position.

I'm off-line for a few days as you probably noticed) but will be back soon

"Normal Service will be resumed as soon as possible"

This used to be a card placed on the screen when a TV station stopped transmitting a regularly schedule program (mind you we are going back to the 50's.)🎦

I've some family illness matters to come to terms with and try to cope with, so my normal service may be a bit intermittent for a while.

In the meantime here is some soothing music 🎶 for Grandy, Birdy, DB and All

If I remember correctly the music that normally accompanied such cards was a 'Waltz in the Black Forrest'.

Franky I've no idea what I'm rabbiting on about except to let you know I'm thinking of you all, am OK and still on the go

    Hey there Croixy ☺

Just popping 8n to let you know you're often 8n my thoughts amidst several lovelies here.

Grandy and I are seizing the opportunity while you're not here to do more regular band practice 🎷🥁🎺🎹🎸🎧🎙🎵 but it's ok don't feel left out. Because we're good eggs just for you we're recording it and will send directly for a family broadcast to your TV one evening when you're all relaxing 😨😲😭

No need to thank me just want you to be coping ok under difficult times.

It's a glorious day gere in Paradise, rarely different, it makes you want to be out in it.

Having a walk sometime I hope today. Maybe on the beach. I'll look out for Walruses 🐧

Croix.....just popped in to let you know I scored another goal!!! How I did it, is beyond me....with other challenges I had to deal with, major decisions, feeling rotten physically and emotionally....and yet, and yet...I scored gold again!! How does one explain that?

(By the way, wasn't that musical number called A "walk" in the Black Forest?) xx

    Dear Moon

Yes you are right of course, a walk it was.

There is more than one facet to your character, and some release more abilities than others, I guess that then develops feedback, a win breeds confidence breeds another win etc.

Frankly I think your bowling days are far from over, with much gold still to be gathered

Mr Croixy and music lovers 😁 hey there 👋

I feel for you Croixy. There are such hard times in life that really test and tangle our emotions.

I wish I could help you in that department. If only words could ease our pain eh.

Always know you have a lot of friends and support here and I suspect in rl too.

Lean of us Croixy if you like. You're always a pillar of strength and comfort to so many, it's a pleasure to be here for you too Mr.

It made me very happy that was heart warming for you. Yip just going off into babble lands quite refreshing fun and easy at times.

Thought I might fiddle around with the acoustics in Iceberg land. Might need my beautiful besty 👩‍❤️‍👩 she's multi talented you know, so she might do a quick study so we can have reverberating music 24/7 bouncing off and around kinda like stereo except better but don't worry Croixy ..hand on your back tapping gently it won't interfere with your live nightly telecast 😨.

Given up the puffs AGAIN! Think around 10 wks or close to 3 mths unsure might read back at mine and see.

Ditto trying to budge the weight. Often think and so agree night times are the hardest but the more we stick at it try not to be too down on yourself if you break it seems to set the rebellious part of our minds switch on.

I've been working on reiterating how happy I was when Id lost the 50 kg which I will get back too & more. Things like feeling good but different clothes easier to walk, not puffing so much not feeling as self conscious. Mindset is the hardest part, once they're made up there's no stopping. We'll get there Croixy man.

So giving you and your wife if she'd like a good comforting 🤗 hug while I slip the 🥖 bread stick which is cute & appreciated only slightly tbh but the thing is matey how are we going to stay friends if you don't give me choccy 🍫 so I'll just graciously throw that back on the iceberg. There we go we can freeze it. Thanks anyway tho 🥕 thought I could give back some generosity.

Righto that should keep you going till the next thrilling installment

Hold in there matey. Breathe in nice and steady that's it and deep...hold for a few secs and slowly out...saying to yourself R*E*L*A*X... feel your neck muscles soften. Repeat often it does help as you probs know.

    Much care ☺🤗🌿⚘

    Dear Sir Croix,

I am really sorry to hear life is not easy for you at the moment. You have many friends and fans here who (in your words to me recently) are only a keystroke away.

If coming back to this present moment is something that will help to ground you during this tumultuous time, i hope you can practice that.

    Thanks Moon - and All~

I appreciate your words and will not doubt be back in form, however it is taking me some time even though I have good support, both personal by my partner, and though my psych whom I've known for many years.

There have been a couple of unrelated matters I have had to attend to and they involved travel plus concentrated work, however I think that has been a good thing, giving me a fair amout of distraction and hopefully that will lead to perspective too.

While I'm not around that much just now that will pass. At the moment my writing ability is not waht it should be, so I'm more silent than not here.

Thanks Mr Croixy for checking in ☺

Apart from missing you around I feel sorry that you're going through hard times.

So glad you have good support though when times are tough it's a god send it's clearly still affecting you deeply.

You have many friends here too Mr Croixy that care and think about you as well ☺ Sending good vibes.

Leaving you a 🍫 coated 🥕 which interact well because the carrot absorbs the choccys calories and some how in this wonderful land of fantasy makes it tasty and yet neutral for calories.

Look after yourself good man and hopefully you're getting good rest 🌴

Ahh Croixy 🤗 it's so hard isn't it.
Really SO sorry you're having such hard times. It's just not fair!

Not in these circumstances at all but it's such a pleasure to be here for you. Great seeing so much support coming back for you. You help SO many people in many ways dear Mr.

Well I figure nows the best time to quickly do the last stitch for your prezzy 🎁 I promised you a while back.

The suspense must have been quite painful Croixy, gotta say I was impressed with your patience.

So you may have heard a few lovelies here have been gifted an 11.6 second knitted blanky. I do these in my spare time and sometimes in my sleep which gets awkward when I drop the smokin hot needle from the friction and I might add quite sharp too 📍

    So this one's a first of it's kind.. ever... that'd be a prototype I think 🤔

It's a double blanky for you and you're lovely wife for when you're sitting in front of that gorgeous fireplace so that you're even more lovely and cosy.

There's a couple of new extra features in this.
So it's multicoloured which can be changed to your preferences by tapping a secret section of the blanky, you have to find it. Hope youse are ok with psychadelic for now that positively beams, no need for lights I assure you which reminds me you'll both need 🕶

Those huge pockets either side are for nasty cat who I knitted some permanent mittens to stop the scratching, and one for not nasty cat 😅

Because I didn't want to disappoint you I incorporated a DVD player that has a multitude of the Grandeebis greatest famous hits and shows it in hologram form, see we've been working on some dance moves 💃so it should be quite entertaining. Tell ya that wrap stuff takes a bit of learning 🙃

Oh no.. Croixy let me take that frown away .. I can see you're worried about missing your nightly TV shows of us singing 😲 but no no.. dont worry you'll still see them in full blasting stereo. Couldn't deny you of that chum.

You might notice a few 🖼 of amazing people plastered around on Blanky, if you tap one it appears in life size proportions. There's a lot because they're piccys of each and every person here that loves cares and want to always be close by your side to see you through these terribly hard times dear man.

Wishing your wife and family strength and comfort too ⚘

You're always held in very high esteem to many good man.

    Hi Croix,

I hope you are travelling ok, the best you can be at the moment and you have some lighter/ happier moments in that grey space. I pray that there are some blue clouds amoung the grey to lift your mood and keep you strong and well.

Say hi to the Mrs from me as well. That bond is priceless when needing support through rough stuff.

Hopefully you still get to walk around and take in the fresh air.

    Dear MM

It is good to see you here, and I appreciate your wishes for me. ATM I'm not the best having to deal with the grief of someone I cared about passing and most severe illness in the family.

Mrs C is a tower of strength -I don't know why I am so lucky but both times I've married I've ended up with wonderful people who have the strenght to support and take some of the load.

How is your ankle getting along, are you able to walk and exercise? I'm afraid I've done very little in that department, a city block if I'm lucky

Please don't watch programs about MH institutions or similar, it rakes things up best left to quietly wither away. Getting 'dolled up' is better for the soul.

    Hi Croix,

Not to worry about not walking as much I'm sure it will pick up again.

Someone passing can take some time to move through. Sorry to hear about illness in the family. I have an 85 yr old grandmother and just recently had a scare with her so im preparing and thinking about losing her.

I guess it can be a pretty heavy times and I'm glad you have Mrs C in your corner for comfort. It's great when we have those treasures in our lives.

I havent been walking much either. Hopefully tomorrow and then I can assess how I feel physically.

Well...you take good care of yourself.

    Dear MM~

I was sorry to hear about your gran, a difficult itme for you and your mum too I'd imagine. Still like me you have someone, a mum rather than a partner, but really it is the having someone the makes the difference.

Yes there are some lighter moments, the latest mutt, Foxy Dog, has taken up the tradition of all our past dogs and considers herself an honorary cat. She found a way to sneak into the area where the cats are fed and of course scoffed the lot.

    Happy mutt, unhappy catz :(

We have fixed that particular breach of security, but Foxy is very inventive and will not doubt find another opportunity, after all cat food has to taste better.

    Dear Croix,

    Thanks for the giggle;

Foxy dog the little rascal. I used to feed my cats all sorts of things...i remember them as kittens clawing up my legs when I was preparing their food. Ouch. Their claws used to go through my jeans.

I remember all the prey they would bring home as well. And the crunch of the mouse one of them devoured.

They're wild and great, cats...depending on the cat of course. I loved when mine was intrigued and used to cuddle up to me. And all three would follow me while i walked...and wait for me to come home.

They could sense things about me...it was a human- animal relationship I will always cherish.

Having animals, or someone does make a difference like you said...

Ive been very lucky recently with the support that ive had.

Again hope the grey is lifting...

Oh, and hows the eating small portions going? It can be tough to shift stubborn weight. Are you making progress?

Waving you a champion goodbye until next time.

    All the best,

    MMx
