It made me very happy that was heart warming for you. Yip just going off into babble lands quite refreshing fun and easy at times.
Thought I might fiddle around with the acoustics in Iceberg land. Might need my beautiful besty 👩❤️👩 she's multi talented you know, so she might do a quick study so we can have reverberating music 24/7 bouncing off and around kinda like stereo except better but don't worry Croixy ..hand on your back tapping gently it won't interfere with your live nightly telecast 😨.
Given up the puffs AGAIN! Think around 10 wks or close to 3 mths unsure might read back at mine and see.
Ditto trying to budge the weight. Often think and so agree night times are the hardest but the more we stick at it try not to be too down on yourself if you break it seems to set the rebellious part of our minds switch on.
I've been working on reiterating how happy I was when Id lost the 50 kg which I will get back too & more. Things like feeling good but different clothes easier to walk, not puffing so much not feeling as self conscious. Mindset is the hardest part, once they're made up there's no stopping. We'll get there Croixy man.
So giving you and your wife if she'd like a good comforting 🤗 hug while I slip the 🥖 bread stick which is cute & appreciated only slightly tbh but the thing is matey how are we going to stay friends if you don't give me choccy 🍫 so I'll just graciously throw that back on the iceberg. There we go we can freeze it. Thanks anyway tho 🥕 thought I could give back some generosity.
