    Hey Matchy

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUR BABY GIRL!
    Wow 17 hey?
Hope you have a wonderful party tonight.

What a legend your son is, that's AWESOME!

And a NEW SHED! What? lol that's fantastic Mark. I'm super jealous, of your shed and your motorbikes!

Ahh Jo, difficult to sell where you are? Darned shame. Hope you get to have the move sooner rather than later.
Yes, thankyou I'm feeling alot better after the unexpected surgery last week. All good.

    Take care everyone!

    Love EM

Good morning everyone , 0530 and on recumbent trike on rollers in front of the tv yet again . Just watched " Back Roads " with Poh as presenter . Coober Peddy " well worth the watch if anyone uses iview . In the last 10 mins ( of that Back Roads ) there is such a lovely bit in the bakery . SBS had a good doco x2 on Facebook yesterday . Maybe I am a bit dumb but I had no idea about that story . Well worth watching as well .

Glad your improving and feeling better EM . As for selling the house and moving to a more " civilized " place , I guess if its, going to happen it will . We had a saying at sea " you might not be where you think you are , but you are where where your supposed to be " ( Zen navigation )

Lol to all , hug for those who need them , Jo & LD

    Hi Mark

    That sounds lovely!
    Was she happy yesterday?

I would have been rapt with a chocolate mud cake! lol. If there's any left over... hey.. lol.

And you and your son's birthdays too soon! WOW all the birthdays in a month!

Is the Shed YOUR birthday present to yourself?
I buy something for myself now every birthday, even if it's a whipper snipper or pair of really good secateurs, OH YEAH.

It's my youngest ds birthday this week. I call her Yvette on the forums NOT her real name lol.
We're absolutely exhausted today (it's been a big week), but everyone's coming over today to help get things in order for her party next weekend.

And my gardener isn't here because it's raining. Sad face lol.
Looks like INDOOR work for me today - NOT my favourite!

I'd take a day in the garden ANY day.

Lots of love and bestest wishes to all the Matchy Family.
    EMxxxx

Hi Em I wasn't thinking of the shed being a birthday present for myself as I bought it last month.Might buy myself something for myself like for more collection or motorbike related. The shed is a different brand then I have put up before.Hopefully it's not to hard to do.
Happy birthday to your daughter next week.Sounds like it's going to be a good party.
What a bugger about your Gardner not being able to come as I know how excited you were but rain is a good reason.A storm is forecast here for this afternoon.I just did some potting this morning
    Take care,
    Mark.

Hey Mark. I have an expression I use on here - "The Hams Abides".

Its based on The Dude from the film The Big Lebowski with Jeff Bridges. Its a classic film. It was released the same year I was born i think. Its very quotable.

I am just bbq-ing some lamb. Its already done. Butterfly lamb to be specific. Roasting some tomato and potato and getting salad. Will order garlic bread.

Come on over everyone haha :)

Hey Matchy (and big waves to everyone - like a Mexican Crowd wave lol!)

Thanks for the well wishes for Yvette's party. She's ONLY inviting work friends lol! Her "friends" at school stink quite alot atm, so this is a far better idea.

We were busy all weekend and will be all week, getting things ready. Alotta work on the ecomama but I'm happy for it.

Yeah it sucked the gardener couldn't come Sat. But sometimes things work out BETTER than we plan.
Today my neighbour mowed my front lawn lol, EDGES and all! (Saved me $$ having the gardener do it).
Nice to come home to after work.

Gardener's coming ON Yvette's bday this week.
Having a family party that night.

Then party for her work friends Sat night.

YEAH YOU go for it Mark, get a Birthday pressie for yourself!

BE your own best friend, it really works!

    Thanks for the pancakes!

    Love EM

I just had a huge thunderstorm here with lots of hail.I can't see to much damage. It hit the moment my groceries arrived and the guy had to wait in the truck until the storm finished.

Oh wow. Yeah we've had hail here too recently. Was very sudden. It went super cold and the hail was like gold balls. Looked like snow.

I hope you're safe Matchy and you got your groceries in

Hope there was no hail damage to your garden, Mark.

Once had a bad hail storm and it left many trees bare and damaged. It was quite a strange scene afterwards.

l'm thinking about the groceries , l bloody hate shopping.

But delivery would cost a lot extra wouldn't it l mean you not only couldn't look through for the specials but doesn't the delivery cost too.

You can still see specials on their website. And delivery cost is not much. Varies on which day and window of time you choose for delivery. Free if you spend over a certain amount.

I got our groceries delivered when I was a new mum and loved it. It saves so much hassle.

Sometimes if we only needed a couple of things, I didn’t mind a trip to the shops for the outing.

But it was hard to just ‘blend in’ with other shoppers with my imposing twin pram. Often had curious people stop me snd ask how our twins were conceived. Super awkward.
    “Are they natural?”
    “No, they’re droids.”

    :)

Hi all it didn't look to be much damage from the hail.It was only the smaller stuff but it was so loud on the tin roof.Another starm forecast for 3pm today. Its good getting some rain filling my tanks up.
Randomx my groceries cost me $9 to be delivered.I don't like shopping much neither and with the way my health is it is easy to do it online and get delivered.I only do grocery shopping once a fortnight.$9 isn't to bad when tradesman want to charge me an extra $20 to come this far out of town.

    Hi all,

Just letting you know I've been trying to write to threads but my pH keeps freezing!

I've written a few long posts but I just keep losing them because they freeze.

Time for a new pH me thinks!
