I had dentist visit today. Of course over thinking brain is activated while in the chair. In my mind I was humming incy wincy spider. Ha ha. It’s funny. I was trying to calm myself down and a nursery rhyme came into my head. It distracted me. Job done.

Yesterday after my first vacc I became elevated for 7 hours, my body was all revved up. Then after tea I started to flop. Someone at home has bought a different coffee and it is nasty. I don't eat at breakfast so my coffee is important.

Greetings again, my husband has been low all week but for the last three days he has started projecting. So I wave the white flag to tell him about this obvious pattern. Now he can argue but he can fight the facts. He's gone swimming which is a good sign.

I know what it is, we have 4 full length mirrored doors in our bedroom, yucko and after we married I moved in and wanted them covered. It was actually our first marital spat, so I ordered a designer glass film and I covered the mirrors and it looked great for years. Eventually the glass film aged and so I removed it and we have full mirrors again. My husbands' 54yr old reflection is depressing him, it is conflicting with his own self image. I don't like it either but I just think, this reflection is what my mother would have looked like if she had lived and it is kinda comforting. I have ordered new glass film and I put express on the postage. Cheers

Wail swimming or any form of exercise is good for us. Especially us highly strung ones. Here is the important part in my Bipolar journey, I will get ups but it’s in the form of more energy. Not mood. I will have more energy to exercise hard, longer at the gym or out on the bike. Before diagnosis it was out running. I would run for ages. Even when my body was sore. Run Forest run!!!

Wail as for You not Kiki the mirrors. I feel you. We have mirrored robes and I hate them. I don’t get dressed in front of them. I don’t even look at myself when brushing my teeth or washing hands in the bathroom.

As a child I lived in a house with many mirrors.

Now as I get older I avoid mirrors especially full length. I am ok with my body image I just do not need to see a full length image from different angles every day.

Wail, Any exercise is good. I loved running.Like Asdff I’d run for hours. My body doesn’t allow it these days. I look at myself in the mirror, another tick for not liking what I see when brushing my teeth.
I’ve been eating so much crap lately today no breakfast, no lunch and trying really trying to have a small serve for dinner. Day 1.

Been wondering what it's like to be included in things. Had a staff lunch yesterday and I spent the time pretty much alone and quiet watching the others.

Been watching friends things on social media.

I'm partly depressed and also a bit liberated. Really hard to explain. Not surprised but questioning my worth. Feeling used. Hurt. Liberated because I see them and I'm wondering just how self absorbed they are? They are all about being inclusive and open. I guess that's only when it suits agendas.

I'm off to the gym then taking doggo to vet for routine bloods as per policy. Disappointed that my friend has said she's telling the coordinator I binned all about what the go is and including photos of my home without my consent.

I think I'll just keep this guy and be done with the organisation.

Asdff and Aries I have never ran for exercise but I admire those who can or who have it must feel amazing to cut through the air using your own two legs. I have tried but my body does not respond well to running.

I've taken to greeting my refection as I can't avoid it when I get out of bed, crazy maybe but it is also fun. I said Hello Princess, and then laughed all the way down the hall at my own mockery.

Velvet I to stay on the outside of groups mainly because I find social etiquette mostly Baloney. It rubs me up so I keep clear. Most of my interactions are need based, I like people who shoot straight- like you do.

Fake people are the norm. Fake people don't like real people. They find it offensive. Well I'm happy being me. I have never once conformed to expectations and I won't start. It's worked fine for me so far.

The doggo trip to the vet was a circus. Lucky I'm experienced. Oh boy bes a handful. And the clinic was very badly organised. Terrible. But we got there In the end and it took 4 of us to get bloods from the dude.

Na. He's had bad experiences there lots by the looks. Can desensitise train him but it will take a very long time. Lots of effort. Time.

I have to go and once again deal with the pharmacy. They've lost one script. They have another wrong regarding remaining doses and then told me to change the remaining number myself. Pretty sure that's illegal with this class.

If they don't fix things or have a good explanation I'll get my Psych to call them +/- report them to the pharmacist board. It's really a poor effort when they can't count, lose scripts and fail to follow Dr instruction.

That doesn’t sound good V.Luckily mine have finally got things right. They are all under the pump and vaccines to boot. I only go in once a fortnight which is enough and pay the extra for Webster packs which has been a godsend.

(Note, I'm sure many businesses aren't doing so great but I struggle to think of any beyond hospitality. Even then many have adapted). *blank look of ignorance*

I didn't gym today. I walked the mutt this morning when it was cooler. He's not very heat tolerant. He's a potato. Same colour!

Couch and doccos today for a while. Amazing how I now can slow down and rest and not be hectic hyper constantly.

Mid morning and in company I had a massive case of the bipolar splits, oh yes I went too far and I blinded my company. Only compensation was the audience all have bipolar, my outburst was like 40 minutes and I could see myself having the crazies but I just couldn't stop it.

So it turns out Thursday and Friday I drank so much water to wash the vacc through my system and this may have lowered my medication values. That was the groups first meet up in months and I wish the pork chop didn't have to be me. I balanced the meds again at home and everything is better except the shame that goes with outbursts.

Last night my husband got nasty drunk because he has a GP visit today and his sugars and cholesterol are questionable. What a inconsiderate boob of a man he is and now he is hungover.

I had my nose straightened this morning, as the DR examined me the nurse rushed in with my file and put it before the DR with her pointer finger on something. The DR ignored her so she whispered near his ear 'patient has bipolar'. DR said thank you, I will not be needing assistance. As he cracked and then packed my big nose, he said 'That nurses anxiety condition does not bother me at all'. Then he continued my treatment and I found him to be such a terrific human. Awesome calm and informed DR s' are like striking gold. He made me feel that bipolar is an acceptable condition, echo an acceptable condition. Cheers

I find when dealing with volunteers we are seen as not the same as said people and so gossip starts. Treat people as humans and with respect and gossip ends.

Wail. That doctor sounds great . Years ago when I had pneumonia on all my records it had manic depression but it had nothing to do with my pneumonia, I felt i was always judged.

. I hoped people had changed. I hope that doctor is the rule but maybe he is the exception.

If your group is supportive it seems a little hard for you to miss two meetings. You had a perfectly reasonable reason.

Volunteers are vital to many organisations who do good things. I've been a volunteer many times over the years for many places. If there was gossip I didn't notice haha.

Thing is at my work the so called gossip isn't gossip, it's fact. The girl who carries that area, works super hard while injured and does work back some days and doesn't get paid for it, while her 2 line managers do nothing. I mean nothing. Personal things. Playing on phones. Chatting. They threw the hard worker under the bus and haven't told her officially yet. They'll wait until the legal time frame which happens to fall 1 week before Christmas.

I am truly disgusted in my employer for this culture. It's a boys club. It's a toffy nosed arrogant place. Its circling the drain thanks to these attitudes. It's downhill from parliament literally and figuratively hahaha. It's already been dragged through the media. The executives making the workers pay for their exorbitant salaries and perks.

Anyway I'm almost awake. Hehe.
