    Hi everyone ☺

Today I wanted to share a quiet little post that to me was what these forums are all about. Kindly and gently supporting eachother.

A bouquet of daisies for you 9 names later (aka Later) and some garden greens and herbs (for your ducks). For this post to CMFs inspirational words...

I could feel myself growing stronger reading your post. You write beautifully.

I loved that. Gently and kindly showing appreciation for another. I know you say sometimes that you worry you don't write well. There is the proof that your words are beautiful too.

9names is someone who doesn't hold back on showing appreciation. It is good to feel acknowledged when we have managed to make someone feel a little better. Thank you.

I agree those random acts of kindness deserve recognition and a bunch of bush winter flowers from my wilderness. Being in rare supply this time of year, I've added interested foliage in varying shades of green...after shaking off resident insects :-)

I'd like to give a bouquet of orchids and lilies to our moderators.

The work they do behind the scenes, checking and moderating our threads if Needed, shouldn't go un noticed.

I'd like to give a bouquet to a whole thread: Mindfulness .. and I would like to thank bling guy(Paul) for starting it and for everyone who has contributed and especially those who have been patient wth my questions and my struggle with the concept of mindfulness. So one huge bouquet of fragrant native Australian flowers.

Paul set the scene for the thread inviting people to contribute who were confused or who had questions. This encouraged people to contribute with their ideas and experiences.

    So thanks to everyone

    Hello eveyone...

Today I wanted to share something MarkJT wrote about mindfulness along with a practical example....

To me mindfulness is that place where time stands still, where you are at peace with yourself, where nothing else matters. It just gives you that little break we all need from time to time to remember who we are and what we are capable of....and that is recovery.

Isn't that beautiful? I think so.

Thankyou Mark. I'll give you a mix of flower seeds for your garden to encourage more butterflies 😊.

I am sending beautiful daffodils to the beautiful Stressless who not only supports others on the forums with her kind words and appreciation but who started the Friendship Circle on the thread 'What do you fear today?'. It has enabled us to join hands and come together to support those who fear no one will catch them if they fall.

    You are a gem Stressless.

    OMG CMF,

You are so sweet for this lovely gesture. Believe it or not daffodils 🌼 are one of my fav flowers and actually my bridesmaids wore that colour- it's a happy colour.

I spent much of this morning reading back on your thread as I didn't know much about you and to say you are amazing is an understatement.

I think Quercus put it best, a single mum, 3 kids, 2useless x 's and mental illness I would be curled up in the foetal position and you are here supporting others - hats off to you.

Whilst I love being on the forums I get very frustrated because I can't physically reach out and give people a hug. The friendship circle was symbolic but as close as I can get to showing how much I care.

I see a lot of my younger self in you and a lot of other posters so I guess thats why I can relate .

Truly emotional at the moment but in a nice way

    Thanks again

    sending virtual hugs your way

Oh Wilma, thanks ever so much. You are so very kind, and I absolutely adore tulips. My admittedly limited ability to support you has been a pleasure Wilma ... truly.

And I must say Wilma, that there have been times where quite the opposite is true ... with you supporting me. In fact you have been a part of my inspiration to overcome some difficult times in the past, and to even aspire to becoming a CC. You even mentioned it on your thread some weeks ago. So I sincerely thank you, and offer you a sky full of beautiful shooting stars.

Blushing in grateful embarrassment ........ (-:

    Taurus xx

    Such a lovely sentiment Essen;

Thankyou my beautiful girl. It's times like this appreciation just doesn't seem enough.

You know, it's so easy to acknowledge someone for their beauty and light, but not so easy to give back in words that fit the gift. I'm glad I've gotten to know you over these past months.

I gratefully accept your bouquet, chockies and ever so generous words; it's made my day sweetie.

Miles of smiles coming your way...

    Sara x

Shout-out to all the beautiful people who've also contributed. :-)

    Quirky wrote on the Mindfulness thread;

'This thread has so many different personalities, viewpoints and experiences . It is a patchwork of mindfulness , a quilt of wisdom, a blanket of emotions to comfort us during our quiet alone times'

Creativity is one of your many wonderful qualities hun. It doesn't go unnoticed. Sending you a garland of fragrant cherry and apple blossoms; pale pinks, whites and greens to adorn your home.

    Thankyou Quirky...

I would like to give a bouquet of sweet smelling roses to Moonstruck to remind her she is loved and appreciated by her BB family. Even through her grief I see her posts, her her humour and she makes me smile. I feel terribly for her grief, one thing on top of another and want to cheer her up 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

I would like to give a bouquet to Mary our resident White Rose

Filled with every colour Rose 🌹 imaginable. Lots of delicate babies breath, and my personal fav one gorgeous Singapore Orchid in the middle .

You mean so much to me and everyone who is fortunate to interact with you on BB . My only regret is I will never know you in the real world.

We will always have our SFC and our circle of support- all because of you.

Remember to make time for you
