My grandma takes a cup of tea (with a saucer) back to bed to read the newspaper.  My partner sleeps in.  I go for the occasional massage, or have a bubble bath with candles and relaxing music.

When times are tough, how do you show kindness to yourself?  How do you pamper yourself?

    Hi this aquarian,

I also get massages sometimes - they are my favourite thing to indulge in. I also listen to music, read, and watch movies when I want to relax. Sometimes I'll go for a quick walk around my neighbourhood.

    Hi thisaquarian,

I like to eat salt and vinegar rice biscuits and drink coke zero while watching a movie at home. I also like the occasional massage and back scratch. If I'm feeling a bit low, I sometimes buy a few movies or a book and this usually cheers me up..

    I agree, massages are wonderful.

I also enjoy spending time in the garden, especially with the chooks, they are so funny.

Participating in different craft activities, Sudoku, jigsaw puzzles, books, a nice movie, going to the beach, taking photos, nature walks, watching the sun set, being with friends who love me for who I am, and a nice cup of tea in a fancy cup with a saucer!

Yer. There is a lot to be thankful for!
