I just came across this. It is a great idea.
Years ago I attended a mental health wellness course and one of the things we organised was a box with a similar idea.
In the box I had a list of emergency numbers to call, plus those of reliable and caring friends and family members.
I had a puzzle book for when I needed to distract my thoughts, cards from friends reminding me I had people who cared for me and loved me and other suck stuff.
When moving house recently, I dismantled the box of stuff for want of a better word, but kept the ideas and the theory in my mind.
There are things I can do to help each day feel better.
