    Hi Mark rhn

I think your post on Mediation is BRILLIANT... I appreciate it VERY much.
I understand the Mediation process for conflict resolution. I think it was meant for another thread though? ie someone going through the Family Law process or such.

This thread is about Meditation, manifesting the Gratitude and the Law of Attraction.

In answer to your question about my favourite guided Meditations... I LOVE Dr Joe Dispenza's stuff. Anything of his is amazing for me.

It really helped me sleep during high stress times earlier this year.

    Best wishes

    Hi again Mark rhn

    Sure!

We just have to get the definitions clear first.

Mediation - what you are talking about is about "conflict resolution".

Meditation - is a completely different thing. A practice wherein one focusses one's mind.
No specific "terms". There are many available online so you could find a teacher who suits you best.
There is a specific Meditation thread on BB if you would like to know other's practices and definitions.

Dr Joe Dispenza's focus is on the "quantum field".
Just Google them and see if you like them.

    Hi again Mark rhn

This thread is not about Mediation.

If you would like to know about the Mediation process and have others support you re: Mediation then I invite you to begin a thread with that topic.
I have been supporting one other member in his own thread who's going through Mediation - you can join in there on dl23's thread if you wish.
    Or begin your own thread.

I'm sure Google can provide you with a plethora of articles and probably all you'd need to know about the Mediation process in your state.

On THIS thread we ARE talking about Meditation.
And Joe Dispenza is related to this. Not Mediation.

I would like to remain on the thread topic, I'm sure CMF would agree.

I respectfully request you remain on topic.

    Thankyou Mark rhn

I've realised there are things that have come to me in life that I had manifested without realising. Like My job for example. I could always see myself doing what I do. For years now I've been interested on crafts and plants. I've made terrarium , learnt how to make patterns with coloured sand. I've made concrete pots and done markets. Atm I'm painting glass bottles and jars and making them into pit plants, vases and home decor. I've always seen myself having a shop where I make the things on site. I feel it strongly all the time. I've thought for years now that when my daughter finishes yr12 next year I could sell the house and give it a try. My partner has a rental property which is good size for kids and I can see us living there, give him the rent, and me selling my stuff. I see me doing it one day. It feels right. I have all these jars I've painted in ISO. It's my stock. I can feel and see my dream.

That's so beautiful CMF and SO CREATIVE!

    Wow. Sounds like a PLAN!

Remember that part of manifesting that teaches..... "Imagine everything AS THOUGH it's already here" or similar?

    Is that how you're feeling?

What a beautiful life you're creating. You'd be helping others to create beautiful homes too.
How beautiful lol.... you can't have too many beautifuls!

We all deserve a beautiful life and how GREAT would our world be if everyone was living in their creative spirit all the time!

I'm manifesting a very organised downstairs space!
    Sound exciting?
    IT IS TO ME lol.

All the destruction of the past is going OUT, most of it is waiting in our driveway for a Council pickup! YAY!

Useful stuff we no longer want is going to a young family whose parents have lost their jobs. They sell anything online to cope, so they can have it all.

A builder is coming on Tuesday to fit shelving about 20m long!
    3 levels of them YAY!

I knew I would need storage boxes and tbh just didn't want to spend the money on them....
then TODAY the most craziest weirdest thing happened.
As I was cleaning out another hallway downstairs, I found about 30 plastic flat packed storage boxes!
I HAVE NO IDEA where they even came from.

I didn't buy them. My kids wouldn't buy them if I PAID them to lol.

I cannot quite believe it. I'm still pinching myself lol.

They are JUST what I wanted but wasn't going to spend money on lol.

SO with that realisation that I CAN manifest the life I want.... even down to plastic storage boxes... when I'm downstairs I'm visualising it as a space where I can have tenants, overseas students, boarders... and be paid.

My intended cabin area is now almost 100% cleared of lantana.
I've designed the cabin the way I WANT it. Passive solar design, solar panels, water tank.. a fruit tree or 2 lol. Front porch.
If I want to make extra money, I can move in there when the kids leave home and rent the house. Even if it's for a few years then move back in.

Now to visualise the cabin there, down to the very last detail.

    Pretty exciting.

    Love your work CMF

I've been been quite down and flat last few weeks. Almost depressed (I don't use that word lightly). haven't been writingi I'm in gratitude diary or meditating. Kids went back to school yesterday and I feel better. My vibration has lifted. Wrote in my gratitude book last night and today things have gone my way.

    Hi CMF

I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling low. I have too... a family 'blindsiding' which was freaking awful, still is.

The Gratitude journal is a great way to get us back on track.. I'm trying to find self-care things but struggling...

I wonder if whether when we're "in the flow" of powerfully positive thoughts and visualisations whether it creates like a tsunami effect of energy that carries through the "low times"?? And manifests anyway?

Have positive things manifested for you anyway?

I read your post and pondered this...

Previous to this low time, my mind has been focussed so much on the "beautiful garden" and home renovations to repair the past destruction to our home.

Right smack bang in the middle of LOTS of work being done our home over a number of days, the blindsiding happened.

    The work continued.

I even tried to stop it this week but haven't been able to.

I guess the lesson to me is to say YES to the Universe (some times)... 'The Secret' tells us to say YES!

I've spent years learning how to say NO to people lol!

Strange paradox. But so is life.

    Love EM

I often see recurring numbers. Yesterday Was 555. I googled and learnt it can mean I often feel 2nd in my relationships (I always do) and it may be a reflection of how I see myself. Therefore, I need to put myself first more often.

That's really interesting CMF. It's difficult putting ourselves first any time as single parents.
Are you able to do this some times?

My fathers family were Christian Numerologists, so no baby could be named without having their full name put through the numbers lol.

Funny thing is, that I realised recently, the number settled upon was what THEY saw as the most useful character trait to develop in the child... maybe not what the baby would have preferred lol..

Mine chosen for me was "Study"... studiousness, diligence, seeking of information, that kind of stuff.

I find putting myself first almost impossible. I'll keep trying.

What I WANT to do is ground myself and focus my mind on creating a beautiful life and surroundings. Pretty difficult to do after another family shock. But I guess this focus might help our recovery.... hope so.

Okay guys.... I'm getting REALLY serious about manifesting.
Keeping it JOYFUL will be a challenge lol but I'm determined to do this stuff.

How are you pushing through your low times to get to higher ground?

I wrote a list of what got me through on my thread.

    Visualising a beautiful home...
Today I'm working on my house with my Uncle. Instead of reacting about all the things that drive me crazy about him lol... I'm focussing on the finished product and my Uncle's generosity of time, energy and work.
Things to be very grateful for. .

A lovely glass room soon to be enjoyed. It has one part wall which will keep the nosy neighbours frustrated lol!
ANOTHER thing to be grateful for lol.

Starting with what we already HAVE to be grateful for and spring boarding to what we want.

I also want lots of lovely herbs growing. I can see them already.

I want a happy family. We've been hit hard again but we will rise from this also.

    Onwards and upwards peeps!

    Love EM

The more I think about manifesting the more I realise the things that have come to me because I believed they would. It took time, but I believed. I saw it in my mind, I felt it . I started watching The Secret tonight. I'll finish tomorrow was very tired but WOW.It is so uplifting, motivating, positive. It has prompted me to start my 'vision board" on my phone. I have screen shots of what I want and have them in a folder called 'my vision'. I can feel that I have them already.

    I am feeling uplifted.

Isn’t the secret about wishing and hoping.

Statistically everyone who focuses on getting something won’t get it so how do you explain those that follow all the guidelines and don’t get what they wanted.

Just wondering. I am pleased this works for people.

    lol Hi quirky!

I'm not sure where those stats come from but I could guarantee that if we don't have goals and work towards them, then there's next to no chance of getting what we want, like EVER.

The Secret isn't all about "wishing and hoping"... it's actually about raising our vibrations!

    Also about achieving our dreams.

I know myself in my long and sometimes arduous life lol... that when someone has high vibrations I just love being in their company.

When I have higher vibrations, I'm more motivated to do what I need and want to do... this invariably gets me exactly what I want. Alot more in fact.

So The Secret is about how to get those higher vibrations.

Dr Joe Dispenza's life and work including stats are pretty awesome to know about!

Cheeses Quirky, if I was in line with the stats and the "trajectories" given by research from my childhood experiences, then woah, I'd have NOTHING. Those trajectories were horrible!

Same with results from Courts recently.

Gosh come to think of it, same with health prognoses... I'm still mobile, still working, still climbing trees and building my house and soon my cabin lol and I'm not supposed to be!

Even my healthy children are here today because I ignored "the stats" and they are not what the stats predicted AT ALL.

    I guess I'm a non-conformist! I wouldn't be any other way.

    Onwards and upwards quirky!

    Hi CMF and gratitude peeps!

    How's everyone going?

I've had some major curve balls thrown since last posting here, such is life at times.

I'm changing around bedrooms, slowly slowly lol... and found my Dream Folder lol.

Focussing on my career, creating more happiness at work (yeah seems like an oxymoron to many lol) has been an interesting journey.

It follows on from what Brene Brown and many others say about our working lives... things to the effect of "I've never met a person who feels fulfilled / happy in life and hates their job".

I am NOT saying change jobs! lol.

I watched a Ted Talk tonight on it and it was REALLY cool! The guy spoke of a thing I've never heard of before.... he said about happiness, something like 10% is about your surrounds / situation and 90% is what's inside of us.

    OMG WOW.

The pieces are coming together with researchers in a far more powerful way re: Wellbeing.

All in all things are becoming more and more positive in my workplace because I AM.
It's more than my outlook, people are responding in a more trusting way with me because I am being "consistently and persistently myself". My Counsellor's advice for all damaged relationships with those I wanted to heal.

I'm also venturing into a period of physical healing. Many medical things coming up.

Dr Joe is much needed in my mind! lol.

I hope everyone is finding moments of JOY in every day.
Time for SELF-CARE many times a day.

And fulfilment of dreams, as always.

    Love EM

OMG...careful what you wish for :-)

This week some staff are allowed back to work in offices. Our office is quite large so only 10 people allowed and they need to create a 'bubble'. As there are 4 of us at reception ie 2 each day, only 2 could go back for 1/2 day shifts, 5 days a week so only 1 person working at reception each day. We all offered to do it but 2 of the others are doing it. I was quite deflated as i hoped to go back but alas I must continue to work from home. There is not much i can do from home as a receptionist however it did work out for me as little mis finishes school next week so it means i don't have to find care fort here for 5 days of the week. I have been doing admin work but Monday i was so down and out. I felt lost, useless, like I didn't even want to go back...the cloud before the sunshine. On Tuesday a colleague from one department asked for help as her counterpart was away sick for the week. i have done some work for that dept in the past so i have been busy helping her. I then found out her counterpart had resigned as she was new in the role and did not like it. I toyed withe idea of putting hand up for the job but was worried the finish time would be too late everyday as i need to pick up little mis by 6pm. It is full time, very busy and would mean I don't have to work with the girl at reception who comes in to do her personal stuff (we did have a fall out over it). I always see recurring numbers and read that if you see 111 or 11.11 you should pray for what you want. I have been seeing the numbers and praying for happiness and career direction. Well, yesterday the boss called me and offered me the position! We need to have a meeting and I expressed my concern over the finish time but he said they would work around it for me. Hopefully I can finish even 15 mins earlier, just to take some pressure off. So, it looks like I may have a full time job next year. The girl who resigned will then take my spot at reception plus do s,me other work. If it all works out i will be learning something new, upskilling, challenging myself and earning more. My 'vision board' on my phone has a pic of how much I'd like to earn. I may not get that much but am getting closer to it.

Fingers crossed it all works out!

OH WOW CMF that's incredible! lol.

Look at how many little pieces had to move before the BIG piece could fit in there.

    I'm so happy for you!

You are going to be BUSY all right lol!

    When do you start?

Sounds like you'll have more opportunity to "go up the ladder" in this new role, is this correct?

Praying for all good things to happen for you and for your financial goal to be reached!

Funny thing happened in my work. I put out there that I wanted a 6 figure income LOL! Just because the Law of Attraction said just put it out there. Frankly I thought it was ridiculous but hey even that felt good laughing about it. Then I got all bogged down in thinking omg I'll have to do this then this then this and got stressed.

So I left it and kept laughing about it. Went on my merry way just enjoying my work and working hard at reconnecting the synapses after trauma to remember everything.

    Then it happened.
    Just happened.

    I got a tremendous raise.

So I went back to 3 days this year for family and PTSD reasons but next year it'll be nice.

    HIGH FIVE!

It's very exciting news for you CMF, a real professional ADVENTURE!

We're all happy for you I'm sure!

So WHAT is everyone "manifesting" ?

A manifesting thing happened to my eldest D.
Her car broke completely down ie wreckers result ugh.

She kept visualising the cars she REALLY wanted (omg exxy!) but only had half that money so was looking at others far less expensive.

Then in the same week she got an email saying she got a substantial pay rise, which is AWESOME.
Then the most incredible news.... she had to BACK DATE that pay rise for 5 WHOLE months!

So now, incredibly, like we're really gobsmacked, she actually CAN afford the car she wants.
Blow me out of the water lol.

Anyhow I held off applying for the Superannuation draw down in the first offer, even though my pay took a 50% hit, but that was my own choice to do.

Then last week I bit the bullet and applied for the 2nd Super offer.
They approved me yesterday and the relief is tangible.

Almost ALL the money is already assigned lol, but what a financial relief right at the right time.

When the money comes through I can get new tyres which I need.
    Save for Rego etc.
Pay for youngest Ds MH needs.
My teeth ugh... stitches in my mouth as we "speak" lol.

Loan some to my son who's car ALSO broke down, wrecker style but we're doing the metal recyclers for both.

I also had 2 weird things happen whilst I was forgetting to VISUALISE and panicking inside about little money... 2 pays in a row were far higher.... I think they didn't pay me correctly and had to bump up my pay.

Time to get my Dream Folder out and update it.... in a fanciful manner lol.
    A Wedding in Hawaii perhaps...
    LOTS of self-care!
My fiancee and I have settled on Engagement Rings, so that's a sweet thing.

    What's happening in your worlds?

    Love EM
