Mb20lover, sorry you feel like that. When all the big things in life seem to have turned to poo, I try to look for tiny things that make my life better. Do you have a pet? Or perhaps you have a favourite food that can give you some pleasure. Sometimes just blocking out the entire world and focusing on eating a single square of my favourite chocolate really slowly gives me a few moments of sensory joy, even though my mind is mud.
Today I am thankful for:
1) 8 hours of sleep in 1 night (yay!!) It has been 2 months since I slept that long
2) lemon & ginger tea, it makes my mouth feel alive
3) my new hot brush. I can make myself presentable to leave the house with less time invested now. Anything that reduces time spent on chores is a huge win for me.
