the electrician just left, he has wired up ready for my kitchen :) We pulled ours out in 2009 to put in a new one, but then with the loss of my job after a guy rear ended me. No money for kitchen. So living with bbq, fry pan, wok, sandwich press for a longggggggg time.

Today I am grateful for:

1) Australian health system and medicare.

2) Blood donors

3) My own good health

Today I am thankful

1) Because I know there are things I am thankful for

2) The darkness is not so intense today

3) The sun is shining and enticing me to do some jobs in the garden

Thankful for

having lavender grow

having my sight

having so many things to be thankful for that it is hard to choose 3.

Today is a testing day with the rising cases in Sydney so I am so glad I can reflect on what I am thankful for:

1) I am very thankful that I live with my partner and family.

2) I am thankful for all of our health

3) I am thankful that I have security with my family while finances are tough

A friend who had lost their job popped in and we were able to laugh and forget the outside world for a few minutes.

The world is in a chaotic mess yet there are so many good beautiful things we all can be thankful for regardless of what situation, sorrow we may find ourselves in and can't see it. Hi all,

Today I'm thankful that:

- Hungry Jack's has a vegetarian burger! I really missed affordable junk food options when I went vego, and now I finally have a fall back that actually has protein in it for those days when I'm kinda broke and too tired to cook.

- That I've been managing to play video games and do creative things lately. Sorely needed.

- That my partner and I got a useful reply from one of the marriage celebrant's we messaged. We tried a few and they mostly weren't very informative.
