That's very sweet of you Grandy, you're beautiful inside and out. And your profile picture always makes me smile and makes my heart feel warm because of how sweet it is.

Thank you for the Roses, I love Roses. I love most plants and flowers, well all of them really. Have a rose, lots of love and hugs back, you lovely person.

You're a beautiful person inside and out yourself, we need more people like you. Thank you for that, it made me feel a little better. It means a lot to me and I appreciate it, I'm sure others feel the same.

Today and all night I am very sad. I have no words of anything encouraging, comforting to write. Read all the above good quotations. It's so postive.

    Thank you so much

    Good morning all ,

Just reading all your encouraging words.

I woke up with some sadness hovering around, it’s still there...but that’s OK. I’m still much better than I was a month or so ago, when I was deep in the black hole...

LIstening to the group here, knowing you all manage your own struggles and reach out to others to hold hands....this for me right now, is worth more than a month of Sunday’s with a professional counsellor.

Hugs to you all and the biggest thank you,

    Phoebe.

    Hi PhoebeWings.

I hope you're alright, I'm always here if you need me on any of the forum posts - this, mine, yours if you have any, anywhere.

Please take care of yourself, I hope these words can help you and others and inspire you a little. I send my love and hugs and I'm thinking of you. I hope you feel better soon. Forever here if you need me.

    Your friend,

    Tayla x

    Thank you Tayla,

I’m feeling OK, just a little sadness with me.

I can handle sadness, it’s feeling lost and in a black hole of despair that is really terrible to manage....and I’m safely out of that place right now.

You are a lovely young woman to reach out and care for people here.

If you were my daughter I’d be very proud of you sweetheart 🌸

Keep up your wonderful work of support to the forum and take care of you....

With a smile and gentle little hug,

    Phoebe.

Aw thank you Phoebe, that means a lot to me and I appreciate it a lot too.

I try to be a good person, caring for others rather than myself.

I understand how you feel, I'm feeling that way myself, I'm sorry that you're struggling though. Like I said I'm here always if you need me.

A smile and gentle little hug and love back,

    Tayla x

Hi Tayla, thank you for your posts here and also on mine and Hanna's thread. I hope you're okay today i'm sure you have a lot to process re your appointment tomorrow. I'm really hoping it goes well. These things are scary and I guess sometimes we just have to go and do them anyway, not knowing always the outcome. I hope whatever happens you feel good tonight and tomorrow

    Hi Sleepy21.

Aw thank you, I appreciate you thinking of me and for your polite words, it means a lot to me. I hope it goes well too, I'll keep you and others posted, probably on one of my threads, I'll see.

Yes it is scary but relieving at the same time, and you're right. Thanks.

    Hugs to you, and love.

As my new profile picture says, "you're worth it".

I found that on Google, thought it was cute and aesthetically pleasing. I wanted it to be something positive and a self love kind of thing for myself, but more importantly, others. So I hope it helps everyone.

To everyone here, you're worth it.
