    Hi

    Thank you for allowing me to register. It was a bad day today. Couldn’t concentrate, dizzy and panicky. Just can’t seem to think straight and focus. So want to cut and run. I’m using all that I know to breath through it and bring myself back to reality. It’s hard.

    I reached out to Beyond Blue with the hope that I can get tips on how to find my way back to my happy place. I look forward to your support.

    It is so good that you've come here.

    We all understand how difficult some days can be, and here is a place you will find kindness and care.

    There are lots of helpful threads you can read and take part in.

    But mostly, you will never be alone here.

    Take care of yourself this afternoon, and feel free to write in as much as you want.

    I feel sincerely grateful to find some where to just say it as it is.

    Tomorrow is a fresh day. I will try to have a better day and push those dark thoughts away.

    I hope you do have a better day today.

    If you do have those thoughts, try to have compassion for yourself and the thoughts, and speak to yourself as you would a good friend.

    Do you have people around you to support you?

    You can always come here if you want to talk. Join in anywhere you like.
