I'm really struggling with my abi and cots
I'm isolating and so lonely. I'm currently surviving
My worst episode ever. I can't stop
The negative thoughts that fill my soul.
I hate being negative but my brain is
Malfunction ATM and I have no support network ATM
I feel like a burden to my family and I can't stop
    Feeling so worthless.
I need some kindness and reassurance.
    I'm a fighter and I feel like I m shattering
Into nothing. Sorry if I'm overwhelming you
With my grief. I'm just so lost and afraid.

I like your poem as I and many others reading it have shared your feelings.

You are not worthless. Depression takes over our lives and deceives us and tricks us.

you made this post, yiu wrote a poem that will touch all who read it, yiu are so worthwhile.

You are not alone and there is support here fo4 you.

    Keep writing if that helps.

Hey WobblyWombatWarrior (we love your name), thank you so much for having the strength to reach out to our forum community. We understand this can be a difficult task to do for the first time.

We're so sorry to hear about the dark place you find yourself in, would you feel comfortable to share more about the thoughts and feeling you're having? We are so glad that you have chosen to reach out today despite all the negative thoughts are having, you truly are a fighter. We really hope our community can be the support you're looking for.

Can we ask, do you have any mental health support? We understand it can be really tough to cope sometimes, especially if you don't have a lot of support from family or friends. If you would like some help finding mental health support, we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 3pm-12am AEST on our website:
They will give you support and point you in the right direction for help in your area.
We hope that you keep checking in to let us know how you're going, whenever you feel up to it.

Hi I just Love your name. I also Love the movie Idiot Box, one character was a poet and his friend always said, "Give us a poem, Mic"- so I say "Give us a poem WWW".

Hey WobblyWombatWarrior, welcome. I like your username, Wombats are gorgeous animals.

I'm not sure what you mean by abi and cots.

However, I just wanted to pop in and say I'm sorry you're struggling. You're not a burden to anyone, and you're not overwhelming us, we're all here for you.

I know how you feel, I'm very isolated and lonely myself and I also deal with grief on a daily basis, from people and animals.

Like you, I'm also very negative. I think that's common for those with mental illnesses, it's very hard to be positive.

And you're not worthless either. I hope you're safe and these comments here can somehow help you.
