    Hi,

Thanks for your post. I don’t exactly know what I can say to help you other than you are not alone. I feel this way too. I have so many days when I wonder what I need to do to start feeling better. I’m on a lot of medication and still cry every day. My depression has been incredibly bad since August last year.

What I have been doing is trying to surround myself with good people, good supports. I have a good GP and psychiatrist. And after many false starts I think I may have found an ok psychologist. I work really hard to form and maintain friendships. None of this makes me feel a whole lot better, but I suppose I see it as the building blocks of working towards a better life one day.

I would be really keen to hear what other people have to say.

Im thinking of you. I hope someone offers some ideas that might be helpful to you.
