    Hi Tomas,

Welcome to the Beyond Blue forums. We think it's great that you reached out to our community tonight, and we think you are really brave for doing so. Please know that you are a valuable part of our community already.

This 'Welcome and orientation' part of the forums is primarily for introducing yourself to the community. We would love to get to know you. Maybe you can tell us a few things about yourself, like what kinds of things are you interested in, or tell us about your family.

If any community members are wanting to support Tomas with some of the difficulties which he introduces here, you can find his thread 'feel like i won't ever be loved or wanted by girls' in the Suicidal thoughts and self harm section:

Since you have asked where else you might get support, we would recommend that you access counselling for young people such as yourself through the following organisations:

    . Headspace -
    . Kids Helpline - 1800 55 1800 or (webchat is available)

    Welcome Tomas!
