    I think this is where I'm supposed to post my introduction in order to use the forums.

    I'm a 30yr old mum of 2, i work full time in real estate and have social anxiety at the very minimum. To say i over think, regret choices and generally make things worse for myself is a major understatement.

    Just trying to find some friendly ears for when being in my head gets to be too much.

    hi and welcome to beyond blue.

    this is a safe space to be... the community here is supportive and non-judgemental so feel free to tell more of your story as you want. I am here most days and will respond as I can. Personally I know that anxiety can be debilitating and I have been working on it for 3 years with my psychologist when things got really bad. Enough on me...

    Not sure whether you get any professional help or not and if you are looking for ways of distracting to get back the present moment you could have a look at

    where people write down things that work for them. Looking forward to chatting more with you
