Hi sarah2425 welcome to the forums and if you ever need to chat I’m here for you ok. Me personally not been officially diagnosed with anything yet but I’ve been going to the psychologist I’m seeing for a year on the 17th of September this year but hopefully not to much longer.

Hello Sarah, and a warm welcome to the site.

I'm sorry that you have been diagnosed with PTSD and realise that what you have been suffering from has been affecting you in many ways and understand that there could be triggers that suddenly happen unexpectedly.

Many of us have also suffered from this and want to help you, so please when you are ready come back to us so we can support you.

    Best wishes.

    Geoff.
