    Hi Everyone

    Im an older mature woman, who lives with chronic depression 😔 I’m in NSW and a passionate animal lover. Also a gramma with two beautiful grandchildren. Thought I might be able to support some here with the strategies I use to help manage my dark space but also have somewhere to share when I have no one else.

    Im so pleased that you joined our wonderful community..

    I am also an older woman with grandchildren and 1 great grandchild..and live in the central west of NSW...

    Thats so kind of you to want to help others here as well as share your story...I live a long away from my family alone and these forums have been a wonderful place for me when I need to talk to someone...
