I was going through a bit of a rough patch and feeling pretty down about things, and I didn't really feel like there was anyone that I could talk to. I contacted the beyondblue Support Service through online chat. Contacting the Support Service for the first time was really daunting, but it was really helpful to be able to talk through what I was going through, at my own pace and in an anonymous, confidential way as well. I think a lot of people sometimes think that their problem isn't big enough to seek help, but if you don't seek help when it's a small problem, it then turns into a big problem. You can call the Support Service about absolutely anything. No matter what it is that you're going through, there's someone there to listen to you and to support you.
