So recently, I experienced my first panic attack.
And it marked the first point in my life where.
I physically couldn't control my anxiety.
I decided to write a social media post sharing my experiences of the panic attack with my friend and family.
I was so hesitant to share it because I was scared that it would affect my career prospects
I was scared that my friends wouldn't look at me the same way
But as soon as I posted it, I received an overwhelmingly positive response
of encouragement and support from all my friends and family
And I realised what I was thinking, wasn't what they were thinking.
