Speakers Program

Sharing personal stories of anxiety and depression can have a long-lasting impact on the community. It helps raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourages people to seek help.

Our speakers are community members who volunteer their time to speak about their personal experience of a mental health condition.

We will help you find a speaker who best matches your event and audience.

We aim to meet all requests for speakers. However, due to the high volume of requests we receive, we require a minimum of 30 day's notice.
This allows us time to search for an appropriate and available speaker for your event.

Please note: our volunteer speakers are not staff members, facilitators or clinicians.
