beyondblue Anxiety and Depression Awareness (ADA) Month - October 2009

Put ADA on your RADAR in October!

beyondblue Anxiety and Depression Awareness (ADA) Month during October provides an opportunity for workplaces, community groups and individuals to take part in activities to raise awareness of anxiety and depression and help reduce the associated stigma.

Depression is common and can affect anyone at any time for many different reasons.

More than one million people in Australia experience depression, anxiety or related alcohol and drug problems each year. With the right treatment, most people recover.

Listen to a radio Community Service Announcement about ADA Month currently being played on Triple M and Fox Radio by clicking here.

How can you get involved in beyondblue's ADA Month?
