Help us answer every call for help

1 in 2 people will experience a mental health challenge in their lifetime. But they'll often keep it to themselves.

When someone does find the courage to reach out for help, we must make sure we can answer them.

Day and night, every single day, hundreds of people across Australia contact Beyond Blue in distress because they need free and immediate mental health support via phone and webchat.

Donate today and help us make sure every call and webchat is answered.
