We would love to have you join the Coastrek community as a volunteer! Help us make this an incredible day for trekkers all while raising much needed awareness for mental health.

Coastrek Sunshine Coast is happening, Friday 17th July and we would love for you to join the volunteer squad.

You will be essential to ensuring trekkers feel encouraged and safe throughout their 50km, 30km and 20km journey – all while raising much needed funds and awareness for mental health.

  • What you'll be doing

    • Cheer on trekkers with pom poms and cow bells.
    • Hand out snacks, water, and encouragement.
    • Distributing bibs, medals, and good vibes
    • Assisting with set-up and pack-down
    • Being a smiling face and supportive presence
  • Where you might be stationed

    • Noosa Woods (50km Start) 
    • Peregian Beach SLSC (30km Start/Luv Stop)
    • Felix Parry Park, MARCOOLA (20km Start, Luv Stop)
    • Cotton Tree Park, MAROOCHYDORE (Luv Stop)
    • Pirate Ship Park, MOOLOOLABA (Finish Line)

Plenty of shifts are available and range between 3 to 5 hours – no full-day commitment needed.

To lock in your role you will need to:
  • To join the volunteer crew at Coastrek Sunshine Coast, please register below by Friday 6 July 2026.
  • Register through Coastrek by filling out your details and preferred shifts through the registration form.
