Worried you may be burning out at work? This is a quick and confidential burnout quiz designed to help you understand if you’re experiencing burnout, and what you can do about it.

At the end of the quiz, we'll offer some suggestions based on your level of burnout. 

We'll also discuss burnout symptoms, ways to manage them, and some potential next steps to help you manage your work-life balance.

About your results

This tool can’t tell you for sure if you’re experiencing burnout, and it won’t give a full picture of your mental health.

It’s a simple way to think about how your work is affecting you and offers some basic tips on what to do next based on how tired and disengaged you feel.

Your privacy is important to us

This Burnout Check-in Tool is anonymous. We don’t ask for your contact details and we don’t use any cookies that remember the answers you provided.  

We record how many people take the test. We also record the responses for each question and the results pages we displayed. This helps us review its accuracy and improve it over time.
