What is Before Blue – Worker Mental Health Coaching?
The program is designed to support people who may be feeling stressed or overwhelmed about the day-to-day challenges in life.
Challenges can range from work, family, or relationship issues to the distress associated with financial or health concerns.
Before Blue – Worker Mental Health Coaching is available to eligible employees of small to medium-sized Victorian business, aged 18 years and over, via video call or phone.
Coaching appointments are available between 8am to 8pm AEDT Mon – Fri.

To access the service, team members should complete the quick eligibility check and register here.
Once registered they can book their own appointments, with no GP referral required and no action needed from the workplace.
