After a suicide loss


The experience following a suicide can be intense, confusing and often overwhelming. There may be a wide range of feelings and thoughts that are difficult to understand and to manage. 

If you're caring for and supporting someone who has lost a loved one to suicide you may feel inadequate / inexperienced / overwhelmed and not know what to say or do.
