The SpringOUT Festival’s Fair Day is a free, fun and inclusive outdoor event for members of the LGBTIQA+ communities alongside friends, families and allies.
Alongside the main stage’s non-stop entertainment, Fair Day’s biggest drawcard is its markets. There are over 60 stalls showcasing an abundance of diverse artisan, community, food & drink and other business-related stalls that reflect and celebrate the depth of the queer Canberra community and its tastes.

Volunteering is a great way to support Beyond Blue, connect with others and feel a sense of pride and purpose.
We are looking for 6 volunteers to join a Beyond Blue staff member at this event.
Volunteers will be talking with attendees about their mental health and wellbeing, or those they may be concerned about and sharing our services and resources.

Shifts available
You’ll receive a full briefing before the event and on the day to ensure you feel prepared and confident to represent Beyond Blue.
Once your shift is over, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the event. You will be eligible for up to $30 in reimbursements to cover the costs of transport, food & drinks.
