BIG BLUE BOOTCAMP (Morn-Pen)
This year we will be putting on some Fundraiser Community Bootcamps in March/April. We are supporting Beyond Blue, which focus on addressing anxiety coping mechanisms and the support available. Anxiety is THE MOST common mental health disorder in our country, so let's do our part to help.
Some of the most effective prevention methods for anxiety include getting outdoors in nature, regular exercise, being a part of a community and having someone to talk to. Our Bootcamp provides so many of these aspects and is doing more than just helping people get fit, we are supporting their mental health more than you might know.

15 min: Station 2 ( Core & Cardio )
15 min: Station 3 ( Strength )
5min: Cool down & stretches
