Thank you so much for your openness and honesty, and I'm so sorry to hear how you've been struggling. I can see that others on this forum have already offered you support, and as someone who has been through a similar experience, I would also recommend a support group, or even having a chat to a therapist about it. It was very relieving for me to be able to discuss my own trauma with an objective third party.
You could even try journalling, if you haven't already. This is another great way to express and consolidate your thoughts. You could even (if you feel comfortable) treat it as a letter or an expression of everything you'd like to say to the person/people responsible for your trauma. This is something else that my counsellor suggested to me.
