    hi all,

I just had a really good experience, so I thought I would share it on here, and hopefully encourage anyone in the same boat as me.

I just told my mum about how I'm feeling, and how I'm not coping at all. I was so scared to, I felt as though my heart would jump out of my chest! she was very accepting and we've booked an appointment to get me some help.

honestly, if you're contemplating telling a loved one, please do! its like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, and I'm feeling happy for the first time in ages!!

    thanks for reading!!

    Dear Mads_~

Thank you for telling us about sharing you problems with your mum and it working out so well. I'm very pleased for you, I'm also please you told us.

We so often suggest to people that they talk to someone they trust and that it can help. I found that out myself. I expect many do take the advice, however it is rarer for them to come back and say how it went.

It will be an encouragement for others.

I would also suspect that if your mum is like many mums she would already be worried and talking will have helped her too

    Mads

Thanks so much for your positive feedback. I was sure your mum would be fine and am glad you did not procrastinate. Well done.

I am pleased you are feeling well and trusted your mum enough to tell her.
