Hi, I'm ToadsPond97, I'm new here, this is my first post, here's a bit about me: I have/think I have anxiety, I have self-harmed three times before (not badly though), I am a minor, I like reading and writing, I hate myself, I think school holidays are the WORST, etc...

    G'day ToadsPond97,

I remember being a young person last millennium! Crikey and struth, what did I read back then?...

I was into fantasy and science fiction. Magician by Raymond Feist was big for me, devoured it a dozen times. Master in the Grove. Dune by Frank Herbert, that'll be a released movie soon=eventually.

    What are you reading?

I like reading fantasy fiction as well as general fiction, I loved the books Once, Then and Now. At the moment I'm reading Wind in the Willows and Straight on Till Moring. I'm writing four stories (on Wattpad), they're called The Juugleirs, Crystal In The Abyss, Us Street Folk and Don't Be Oblivious.

Those Once, Then and Now books look interesting. Check out "The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas" its both a movie and a book set in WW2 from a child's point of view, pretty interesting stuff.

I was heaps into WW2 history for decades, starting with my grandfather's experience as a raaf wireless operator and good ol' uncle jocks time as a tanker in egypt. WW2 is a huge field for history reading, I have a whole shelf of ww2 history books, mostly from a military history point of view, rather than any other lens we might use to examine such a huge field.

If you want to try a few sentences/paragraphs on me, either for my suggested edits or just for fun, feel free.

I love writing too. Here's a start on a comic book character I might develop further...

My yet to be named comic book character.

I would be immortal, perhaps beyond ageing and as old as the universe.
I would be able to read minds.
I would be an agent of chaos but inherently peaceful.
    I would be entirely honest.
I feel everyone’s suffering and pain all the time.
I am able to shapeshift into dirt or a star.
I have avatars that represent components of me.
I am both sexless or with sex.
