Hi Taylah H,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post.
I'm not sure how helpful I'll be but I'll do my best - do you think you can clarify for us what you're struggling to afford? I'm just asking because often the list that universities require is an 'ideal' but not expected.
I've found books to be the biggest cost, especially textbooks. Usually what I've done there is see if I can get a copy at either the local library or the uni library, and then either see how long I can borrow it out for, or scan/copy the pages. I've also managed to get a fair few online (although that's not very ethical!) for free, or alternatively places like gumtree/Facebook ads which sell a huge amount of books and materials at a discounted price. Also - it's not always necessary to get them all.
The other thing that comes to mind is contacting your university directly. If I search a few random universities now, I can see that they all have options for financial support and student loans too.
I hope this helps a little,
