What does my score mean?

Your score falls into the moderate range, which means you may be experiencing anxiety that’s causing you some distress and making it hard for you to enjoy life.

Anxiety conditions are common and the good news is that there are treatments and support options that work. It’s important to seek support early – the sooner you get treatment, the sooner you can recover.

What should I do now?
  • Make an appointment with your GP to discuss how you're feeling.
  • Find out more about the signs and symptoms, causes and treatment and support options for anxiety
  • Check out if our NewAccess program is available in your area – it’s beyondblue’s free and confidential service that provides support in the form of a coach.
  • Learn strategies for managing your anxiety or try a self-help program like myCompass – a program designed to help people gain control of stress, anxiety and depression using their mobile phone or computer. 
  • Register for an online program like MindSpot – a therapist-assisted, free telephone and online service for people in Australia experiencing anxiety or depression.
