To ensure Beyond Blue’s Workplace training programs are delivering on their desired outcomes, and to support the development of new initiatives, Beyond Blue is conducting a review of workplace mental health training needs.
An external research provider (GfK) has been engaged to consult with Australian employers and employees, to understand what is working well and not-so-well and to better understand the needs and expectations of, future workplace mental health training.
We are seeking five blueVoices members to provide input to this project by taking part in a phone (or video conference) interview. Interviews will be conducted between end July - mid August 2017 and will take 30 - 40 minutes. As an acknowledgement of the time provided, GfK will offer interview participants a $50 gift voucher or charity donation.
We would like to hear your views on:
- awareness of mental health training products in your workplace
- you current workplace mental health management approaches and the strengths and/or limitations
- what you would like to see included in an ideal training package
- are there other services or support in your workplace you may be seeking
blueVoices member input in the training review will help inform the next phase of Beyond Blue’s workplace mental health training program by either building upon a number of existing training products or developing new approaches to educating employers and employees towards creating a better mentally healthier workplaces.
This activity is now closed. If you expressed your interest, you will be notified by Friday 14 July if you've been selected to take part in the interviews.
