Create an Always Available out-of-office reply 

During the festive season, people’s normal support networks may be on leave, so let your contacts know Beyond Blue is always there for support even if you are not.

Follow the steps below to update your out-of-office reply and spread the word that Beyond Blue is always available.

1) To create your out-of-office reply 

First, think about what you’re going to say. If you’re a business you may want to include this message as part of your normal out-of-office reply. We strongly encourage you to make it clear why you’re doing the update so customers don’t misunderstand the message. 

If you don’t feel comfortable creating your own message, just copy this template: 

Hi it’s <your name>.

I’ve given my out-of-office reply to Beyond Blue this festive season because I know how important it is to find support when you need it. So I want you to know, if you reach out for support and can’t get through, you can always reach Beyond Blue.

Just search: Beyond Blue always available.
