Posting an Always Available status for your socials


More than two million Australians report feeling socially isolated during the festive season. So let your networks know that Beyond Blue is always available even if you are not.

2) Steps for updating your social media page 


To upload a photo, first tap the plus symbol at the top, then scroll to Post at the bottom:

  • To upload a photo from your phone's library, select the photo you'd like to share.
  • Then hit next until it asks for a caption.
  • We have included a suggested caption.
  • Then hit share.

Note: You can't take or upload photos from a desktop computer to Instagram.


  • From the top of your News Feed, click What's on your mind, [Name]?
  • Click the type of post you'd like to share which in this case is Photo/Video
  • Click Post.


  • From the Tweet compose box, click the photo icon to capture or upload a photo or video from your phone.
  • Once you choose the correct image, it will attach to your Tweet in full size.
  • Click Tweet to post.


  • Click the Camera icon or the Video icon in the share box.
  • Choose which file you'd like to upload
  • After uploading your file, add a caption in the text box.
  • Click Post.
