    Evening All!

Our night has come in dark, as it should. Dogs abed, wife nearly so.

or the laying down on floor on back, with a small book under head to facilitate spine comfort?

Thanks D&G , I can’t do ice packs, I am a crazy cold frog, lol i do use heat packs and they help while they are around my neck. I have stenosis and that’s what causes the migraines. Due for in cervical injection tomorrow so hopefully that will get rid of them again.

It's been open, a bit boring, and a little bit cold. Ive got a sniffly nose although feeling a bit better, tryign to stay warm but in the mornings I wake up freezing. Stay safe harpbird and all nightowls

I baked some bread yesterday without a bread maker. What have you all been up to?

That’s it , trying to stay safe and be out and about with so many medical appointments, but everyone has been wearing masks and I over do the sanitizer. Other than that I do prefer to stay home.
I got the sniffles and so much sneezing, but I know mine is sinus, happens this time every year when the pine trees are pollinating , everything gets covered in a yellow coating, so hard on the sinuses

Oh I relate big time. I've noticed that no matter how I felt during the whole day, around about 8pm I start feeling a bit nicer and a lot more awake. 8pm onwards I am a better person, lol.

I put it down to discovering as an adolescent that whilst everyone else is asleep the world is a much quieter and safer place.

Hi PF what type of breag, did it have seeds or grains in it.? Was it tasty.

DnG when I was a child I went to then do my driveway and with my neighbour , we looked across to the valley and thought those people sleep while we are awake. Those people were in next syburb!! That was my understanding of time zones!!

Hi, I hope everyone is well. I'm really struggling right now and I'm in a very bad place. I had a medical test today and there's more bad news. I'm not sure how much more I can take.

I was hoping that maybe if I talked to someone it might help but I have no one so I'm reaching out here, no pressure though. I know that others are struggling as well so I don't want to be a burden to anyone.

I'm outside in the freezing cold as I just want to feel numb and safe. I think it's about 1degree. I will try to stay out here as long as I can. I hope you all have a great nights sleep.

    Regards,

    Emo.

    Hi Sophie_M,

You are always so kind and supportive. I don't deserve your concern. You shouldn't bother with me.

I just keep sitting here and staring at the road and thinking maybe I should make everyone happy and just do it. The last person who truly cared about me is gone. Maybe I'm just speeding up what will happen to me anyway if I stay where I live? I just don't want to be hurt anymore.

    Regards,

    Emo.

    Hi Lillylane,

I'm so sorry for my late reply but I've been going through a lot so I've been trying to focus on just keeping going.

My medical issues have gotten worse so I'm trying to sort them out while in lockdown. I hope you are going OK with the current situation.

I appreciate your support and concern, thank you.

    Regards,

    Emo.

    hello all

hi emo, how are u? i'm sorry to read u've been having a hard time. thats rough with lockdown but good on u for trying to sort everything out. Good to try and get on top of things, for sure.
Hi quirky, you had been asking about magnesium.,
I've been taking a nightly supplement which has valerian and magnesium, and licorice root

It doesnt do much, but sometimes its a little soothing. It's my favourite natural remedy i've sampled thus far
