Create a plan to stay well

Writing down what you want to do to support your mental health and wellbeing can help keep it front of mind. It can also help you act earlier when you’re feeling unwell.

You may find it useful to get input from people you trust.

It’s important to remember that your plan is likely to develop and evolve. Make sure to review it often and update as you need.
